There is nothing better than being able to successfully supply aluminium trays to suit a fleet of trucks regularly. Duralloy have a long-term relationship with the Build Safe Group here in Queensland. Supplying them with out Extra Heavy-duty flooring, it increases payload and gives strength to hold the scaffolding that is used right across Queensland.
Earlier this year our team was given the opportunity to add to the Build Safe fleet, however this time the specs had changed. Instead of building the basic flat tray as per their last builds, this version included gates to fit in with the recent change in government regulations. To be able to keep the specs similar to the many truck before yet work in with the new design, our team put our heads to create a way that we could provide strong aluminium gates and keep within the legal width.
With a final decision, we reinvented the wheel. Providing a gate that would sit within the legal width, look stylish and be a safe option for the guys on site.
Once again Duralloy is able to tick all the boxes whilst ensuring our solution looks its best too.
