When working with dealer we often find we miss the strong link that can be formed with the end user, in this experience we reached out to ensure that the end users’ needs and our products were compatible. And in this case, it proved to be successful.
This was a job completed here at Duralloy, where we fitted the customers own service toolbox. Working across email the team here were able to complete satisfactory drawings, and a product that suitable fitted the area needed to fit this box. Liaising with the customer created a strong link and proved to be successful on the completion of this job.
Including our heavy-duty flooring, rear and center ladder racks, heavy-duty flush loading headboard and window mesh protection, aluminium dropsides, loop step and fitting of an alloy service toolbox.
One very happy customer and a great product ready for drive away.
