A recently completed tyre truck by Duralloy Truck Bodies for the Queensland business, Dalby Tyres Pty Ltd located in Dalby.
From the beginning Duralloy’s sales team kept in close contact with the manager Chris Campbell, liaising over the details of the necessary parts needed for the 24/7 tyre service. Supplying 3D drawings and constant meetings to ensure that every detail was perfectly displayed in both the active quote and build drawings.
From there we worked in with Maxilift the crane and Tommy Gate supplier to ensure parts and equipment quoted would be supplied in time for our build. Then began the build, with Duralloy’s team working hard to ensure the best product was used in the best way.
Using our Extra heavy-duty flooring to support the base of this tray, it was kitted out with the tyre truck essentials such as; a large custom toolbox and generator cage at the front of the tray, with custom shelving and drawers to suited to home the equipment needed for tyre servicing. Flat sheeted side walls ready to be completely sign written. An access side door and step tread for easy mounting and dismounting. A large aluminium tyre inflation cage powder coated orange, easily removable for the required servicing jobs.
Working from the quoting, to drawing, to build and finally completion. This truck was most definitely a success.
