Unusual But Useful
Not a design we would generically draw up, but that why when we talk custom its definitely out of the hat. This design makes perfect sense when looking at the use that it would be put too.
Being a tipper with aluminum mesh sides means that it would have to carry a load that is bulking and will not release foreign objects while being moved up and down. Fortunately, this tray was built for a Forensic Cleaning company. With this in mind we built a tray suitable to carry heavy bulky items. Being a tipper meant the customer could easily unload with really a switch of a button.
Using our extra heavy-duty flooring, large aluminium mesh gates, retractable load cover, rear lift out gate, checker plate overlay. Our build provided a strong and durable base for the easy use of our customer.
