TNT Exhausts – Expedition Vehicle Complete
Duralloy Truck Bodies completed a neat looking custom canopy for TNT Exhausts this month. Working with Isuzu Brisbane, the Isuzu NPS Crew sat shining ready to hit the road. Custom built 4×4 expedition vehicles are our specialty, so this was another one to add to the list. Based off the Bushranger Adventure vehicle Duralloy designed during 2021. We ensure there’s nothing missing on these fit outs. A truck body completely built-in aluminium gives the edge, alongside the good-looking design makes this a standout in the crowd.
On our Extra heavy-duty flooring, the base is well and truly reinforced to support the work and play life this 4×4 truck will be living. With a custom canopy mounted at the front, painted in a steely grey finish is highly impressive. Along with the detailed front mounted steps that allow our customer to reach the reinforced roof. Not only built to impress from the outside, internally this canopy holds some serious eye-catching details. With an internal dog box fitted in the front passenger side of the canopy, our customers dog has a neat little section to itself. With a separate door mounted in behind the main canopy door, this allows our customer to keep the pet inside while pulled up on the campgrounds. But it’s a luxury dog box mind you! With a decent depth and height there’s nothing to cram the pet, once fitted out by our customer this dog takes camping to ‘glamping’.
Once outside the custom canopy, one will find a rear mounted extra heavy duty built rear rack. Painted black spruces up this work rack, but the work never stops. With tie down lugs fitted, this rack lends itself to a hefty load rating. Along with the canopy roof, which is completely reinforced with aluminium box section, the top-heavy loads allowed on this small area is impressive. Just another aluminium custom-built detail that Duralloy designs in house.
